We are looking for someone passionate about IT and solving IT-related problems with previous support experience. If you always want to provide the best possible service and thrive in a communicative role, read on! You will be part of a team handling IT-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will solve user IT problems, escalate tickets as needed, follow up, and document solutions to streamline work. The role involves working with various services and offers growth opportunities into roles with more responsibility. We expect a strong interest in IT, possibly having built your own computer or enjoying troubleshooting devices. You enjoy working in a high-performing team and are motivated to enhance leading-edge technical solutions. Interest in networking and cybersecurity and understanding complex systems and vulnerabilities is a plus. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a servicedesk environment
  • Experience with Windows environment
  • Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365
  • Experience using ticketing systems, e.g. ServiceNow
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Handle IT-related user issues via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems of varying complexity
  • Escalate issues to other teams when needed
  • Follow up on ticket handling
  • Document solutions to improve team efficiency
