Lead an agile software development team at PostNord Group focusing on innovative customer portal solutions, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance self-service features for business users.
Main requirements:
  • Mastery of the technology stack used by the team with deep software development principles understanding
  • Leadership and guidance of the development team towards goals, inspiring and motivating team members
  • Well-versed in agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, with implementation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify, solve and anticipate technical issues
  • Collaborative team player who ensures efficient and smooth progression of team work
  • Academic education in computer science or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide the development team daily, empower team ownership and drive development initiatives
  • Conduct research and discovery phases, define architecture and product lifecycle management
  • Participate in coding alongside team members
  • Perform monitoring, security, and operation tasks (DevSecOps)
  • Collaborate closely with other teams especially within PostNord Digital
  • Incorporate user feedback and internal stakeholder input into development
  • Map conditions for new development initiatives and define user stories and tasks
  • Refine development initiatives together with the team
