Seeking an experienced systems engineer for the complete Gripen weapon system. Work entails engineering management within the Gripen business unit focusing on the development of the Gripen system including aircraft and support and training systems. Responsibilities include balancing functional development across weapon system products to deliver a mature and usable system to customers, and developing efficient working methods within Systems Engineering.
Main requirements:
  • Higher education degree in mechanical engineering, computer engineering, technical physics or similar fields
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to pass applicable security clearance requirements
  • Strong background in complex systems development
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries
  • Interest in developing and improving working methods within the development organization
Responsibilities:
