An experienced system administrator position involving IT system management and development within a major healthcare region. The role focuses on system maintenance, user support, development projects, and IT security in a large, complex organization.
Main requirements:
  • Experience with healthcare systems, especially medical records and care support systems.
  • Experience in public sector administration, preferably with healthcare background and understanding of healthcare organizations.
  • Relevant education or equivalent work experience in IT system administration.
  • Experience with IT system governance and technical management in complex organizations.
  • Basic knowledge of information and IT security.
  • Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, at least equivalent to C1 level.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage system administration and development.
  • Maintain administration planning and follow-up activities.
  • Provide user support across the organization.
  • Participate and lead projects and development activities related to the systems.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and instructions.
  • Create and maintain training material and deliver user training.
  • Work actively with information and IT security issues.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and follow up on contracts.
  • Gather system requirements through ongoing dialogue with users.
  • Ensure systems comply with applicable security and quality standards.
  • Oversee implementation of changes and deployments.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders related to the assignment.
  • Establish and monitor quality measurements.
