Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in production environments with leadership in planning, driving, and completing projects.
  • Background in process industry with understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
  • Strong ability to lead projects focusing on efficiency, high quality, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience managing complex projects from concept to implementation and final results.
  • Technical higher education (e.g., engineering degree) or equivalent technical education and/or project management experience.
  • Relevant work experience in project work with genuine interest in technology and coordination.
  • Good computer skills and experience with project management tools.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and lead projects with varying tasks for different clients.
  • Work effectively in a high-paced environment with diverse assignments.
  • Manage both large and small projects according to client needs.
