Become a key player in the development of Södertälje municipality! We are looking for an experienced exploitation engineer who wants to take a leading role in urban development projects from early planning to implementation, handling negotiations, contracts, and real estate rights on behalf of the municipality as landowner.
Main requirements:
  • Master of Science in Civil Engineering (specializing in Urban Development/Surveying) or equivalent higher education degree
  • Several years of relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of real estate law, exploitation economics, and project management
  • Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish
  • Driving license class B
  • Experience from municipal operations or political organizations is an advantage
Responsibilities:
  • Organize and lead exploitation projects through all phases of the community building process
  • Represent the municipality as landowner towards politicians, the public, businesses, and construction actors
  • Responsible for negotiations and contracts
  • Manage various types of implementation agreements within detailed plans or projects
  • Prepare exploitation calculations and economic analyses
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams
  • Prepare decision-making documents for politicians
