Nordlo Jönköping is expanding and seeks an experienced, service-oriented 1st line customer support representative to join their IT infrastructure support team. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive user experience through professional and service-minded interaction. The position offers opportunities to learn and develop skills in a varied customer environment, working with about 10 colleagues in the Jönköping team.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in IT support or customer service
  • Relevant education
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication and pedagogical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Interest in continuous learning and development
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra
  • Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server
  • Experience with Windows OS (10 & 11)
Responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve incoming support cases via phone, email and system
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users
  • Escalate complex cases to 2nd line support or consultant
  • Document and follow up cases in the ticket system
