Svenska Kraftnät is a key player in the energy transition with a growing IT division to enable doubled electricity production and a fossil-free future. The ethical hacker will improve Svenska Kraftnät's resilience to cyber attacks through technical testing and security review of a broad IT environment including ICS/SCADA and modern development environments.
Main requirements:

  • Education in computer science, IT or information security or equivalent competence
  • Relevant work experience in penetration testing and/or red teaming
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and IT security solutions
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical reviews and penetration tests of new systems
  • Perform red team scenario penetration tests simulating attacks
  • Develop processes, test methods and tools for penetration testing to optimize security review work
  • Handle IT security incidents within Svenska Kraftnät CSIRT
  • Analyze, document, report, and explain discovered security weaknesses and propose appropriate measures
