Vattenfall Vattenkraft is responsible for Vattenfall's 90 hydroelectric power plants and about 300 dams in the Nordics. We are about 500 employees in Sweden and Finland with headquarters in Luleå. Hydropower's renewable electricity production is essential for creating a climate-smart and fossil-free society, where we play an important role as enablers for future sustainable energy systems. Our production corresponds to about 25% of Sweden's total electricity demand. To deliver high availability in our production, we constantly need to challenge ourselves, develop our working methods, and utilize digital opportunities. You will be an important part of that work! Do you want to contribute to a fossil-free society and enable the green transition? We are now looking for an IT architect with a focus on enterprise architecture and digital innovation leadership! As Vattenfall Vattenkraft's enterprise architect and digitalization leader, you become a key person in the work with digital innovation in ongoing and upcoming digitalization and improvement initiatives. You will work with operational, tactical, and strategic digitalization initiatives linked to the business goals and strategies. The work involves very close and cross-functional collaboration with colleagues from all parts of our business, the Vattenfall Group, and our IT suppliers. Collaborations where you as a digitalization leader will be driving and coordinating.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive, develop, and maintain Vattenfall Vattenkraft's overarching digital development plan.
  • Lead the Digitalization Forum.
  • Support the business in describing needs and requirements in projects.
  • Develop and maintain architectural descriptions of the business, information, and system landscape from current state to target state.
  • Conduct investigations, analyses, and IT architecture reviews.
  • Set goals and quality requirements related to the architecture area.
  • Contribute to the development of methods, tools, and relevant work processes.
Required hard skills:
  • Higher education in IT or equivalent experience and education.
  • Several years of experience working with IT architecture at an overarching level.
  • Practical experience with frameworks and good practices in architecture, preferably Bizbok or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience of value flows, overall processes, working methods, and solutions related to making data available and used for business development and digitalization.
  • Knowledge of information and process modeling and creation of architectural descriptions from the perspectives of Business, Information, and Systems.
  • Experience in leading workshops and compiling target group-adapted results.
Recommended hard skills:
