Lead and grow the Client Collaboration Platform engineering team at Telavox, driving technical excellence and strategic leadership to create innovative communication and collaboration solutions for the B2B market.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of client technologies React, Tailwind, and Typescript along with backend experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams
  • Excellent people skills including motivating, mentoring, and coaching diverse individuals
  • Ability to align technical execution with business and product vision
  • Passion for creating a healthy, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
Responsibilities:
  • Coach and mentor team members to support growth, motivation, and well-being
  • Facilitate team rituals and foster psychological safety and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions using React, Tailwind, Typescript, Java Spring Boot, and microservices
  • Advocate best practices in software development, architecture, and DevOps
  • Partner with Product Managers to align roadmaps and define priorities
  • Participate as a member of the Collaboration Leadership Team shaping strategy and culture
  • Lead hiring efforts to strengthen engineering culture
