Dynamics 365 FSCM Senior Consultant

Responsible for executing tasks related to pre-sales, fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, and documentation of software components in or extensions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. Duties include capturing and assessing client's business requirements, designing business processes using best practices, organizing workshops and training, collaborating with development teams, and supporting go-live procedures. Position requires strong problem-solving skills, client interaction, and willingness to travel internationally.
Main requirements:
  • Degree or similar accreditation in Business / Economics or related area
  • 5+ years Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (AX) functional experience
  • Strong in-depth knowledge of business processes
  • Good business background and comfortable with client facing tasks
  • Ability to work alone or in a team
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel and work in an international environment for large global projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
  • Capture, assess, and define client's business requirements and create strategies using Dynamics 365 solutions and industry best practices
  • Document and review business processes, Fit/Gap analysis, functional design, testing scripts, training documents, and progress updates
  • Design and re-engineer business processes using best practices and standard Dynamics 365 procedures
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, webinars, and knowledge transfers with clients and consulting teams
  • Provide functionality demonstrations and training to clients, end-users, and executives
  • Work closely with development teams to assist in design, unit testing, and integrated testing
  • Assist in go-live procedures and post go-live support
  • Be available beyond normal working hours as needed
  • Take ownership of customer deliveries and deadlines
  • Deliver business solutions independently without senior management involvement
  • Prepare project status reports for internal and customer presentations
