Domain Architect in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

As a Domain Architect within IAM, you will lead the way towards our future platform based on Zero Trust, user-centric identity, and data-driven access, working closely with specialists in IT security, platform, integration, and productivity solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Academic degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • Broad technical experience in IT infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge in IAM concepts including IDM, IGA, IDP, PAM, PIM, AM, SSO, MFA, and directory services
  • Minimum three years experience in IAM work
  • Experience designing solutions and implementing in complex IT environments
  • Proficient communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Ability to pass an extended background check
Responsibilities:
  • Develop IAM domain vision, reference architecture, and roadmap and ensure their realization
  • Plan capabilities with a focus on breaking down target architecture into realizable MVPs for agile delivery
  • Lead implementation of new IAM technologies both as advisor and hands-on executor when needed
  • Conduct GAP analyses between current state and target architecture ensuring quality solutions
  • Identify IT security risks and propose technologies to strengthen identity and access management security
  • Provide expert support and act as catalyst across the organization collaborating with colleagues, consultants, and business representatives
  • Monitor developments in IAM to keep the organization at the forefront
  • Act as solution architect when needed to develop concrete feasible solutions
Required hard skills:
  • IAM expertise (IDM, IGA, IDP, PAM, PIM, AM, SSO, MFA, directory services)
  • IT infrastructure knowledge
  • Solution design and complex environment implementation experience
  • Swedish language proficiency
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience as an IAM architect in similar environments
  • Familiarity with modeling tools such as Sparx EA, 2c8
  • Knowledge of TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Certifications in IAM (Microsoft, OpenText, Okta, etc.)
  • Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud)
  • Experience with agile methods and tools
