As a Digitalisation Leader at The Members Company AB, you will play a key role in guiding our clients towards increased digital maturity. You will be responsible for driving and realizing our clients' digitalisation strategies in alignment with their long-term goals. This full-time role involves developing and managing digitalisation plans, inspiring and enhancing digital competence among employees, implementing office automation solutions including RPA, AI, and other digital tools, and exploring new technologies to advance development. You will work closely with management and staff to create engagement and lead change, thriving in initiating actions even in ambiguous situations while rapidly learning and experimenting with new ideas.
Main requirements:
  • Academic engineering degree in computer science, systems science or similar (minimum BSc, MSc advantageous)
  • Experience in process design, information analysis and automation including RPA, AI and Python
  • Knowledge of cloud technology and data governance
  • Ability to inspire others about how digitalisation creates value
  • Experience working in diverse teams with varying backgrounds and perspectives
Responsibilities:
