Digital Workplace Specialist

A full-time consulting role focused on developing the future digital workplace by combining technical expertise with modern Microsoft solutions at PostNord Strålfors, a leading Nordic tech and communications company.
Main requirements:
  • 3–5 years experience in a technical IT role focused on client management and Microsoft environments
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft Defender
  • Experience with Azure, Logic Apps and Entra ID administration
  • Experience working with Graph scripting and managing enterprise solutions
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange
  • Swedish and English language skills in speaking and writing (Swedish is a plus, not mandatory)
Responsibilities:
  • Manage client devices via Microsoft Intune including configuration and policies
  • Test, evaluate, and implement Autopilot solutions
  • Participate in migration projects from Windows 10 to Windows 11
  • Ensure and develop backup routines
  • Work with security solutions in Microsoft environment such as Defender and Entra ID
  • Use Microsoft Azure tools and handle enterprise solutions
  • Collaborate closely with production unit and internal project teams
