DevOps Developer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps developer to join our delivery team at Sokigo. This role involves facilitating smooth collaboration between development and delivery teams, managing requirements, improving workflows, and working with installation, configuration, and optimization of IT solutions primarily in OnPrem environments for municipal market systems.
Main requirements:
  • At least 5 years practical experience as an IT technician with focus on OnPrem and Windows environments
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019 and newer)
  • Knowledge of scripting mainly PowerShell; Linux scripting skills are merit
  • Experience with OnPrem/Azure DevOps or GitHub is a merit
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network functions is a merit
  • Good knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or ContainerD
  • Good knowledge of virtualization platforms like Hyper-V or VMware
Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure Sokigo's products in OnPrem environments
  • Lead technical implementations and upgrades
  • Analyze, identify and resolve issues during service disruptions
  • Drive improvements in delivery efficiency and automation
  • Document configurations, processes and solutions
  • Ensure clear requirements and communication between delivery and development teams
Required hard skills:
  • Windows Server (2016, 2019, newer) administration
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Installation and configuration of OnPrem software products
  • Containerization (Docker or ContainerD)
  • Virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware)
  • Networking fundamentals (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
