Main requirements:
  • Academic degree in IT, systems science or equivalent education
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, mobile solutions, server environments and digitalization-driven business development
  • Proven experience in leading complex projects from needs analysis to implementation
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of business-relevant digital solutions and drive new working methods to enhance service, accessibility and efficiency
  • Specify future-proof requirements for IT infrastructure during premises development, new construction and modernization
  • Establish robust collaboration frameworks with external suppliers ensuring high standards for systems, performance, security and innovation
  • Monitor trends and integrate new technologies to keep the organization at the forefront
  • Plan, lead, and coordinate complex development assignments and projects from idea to effect
  • Proactively develop and standardize IT solutions, work processes and governance models
  • Participate in procurements and ensure commercially sustainable, future-proof contracts
  • Translate city-wide IT strategies into concrete business benefits through networking and collaboration
