Lead and develop the operational installation and deployment activities for defense communication systems at ByHart AB, with a focus on quality, safety, and strategic growth in Boden, Sweden.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within technical fields, installation, or project management.
- Technical understanding of installation processes and complex systems.
- Knowledge in planning, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop radio labs and installation workshops.
- Recruit and lead installation teams and subcontractors.
- Plan, organize, and optimize daily operational activities.
- Ensure design solutions meet installation requirements.
- Act as the on-site customer contact and manage communication with internal and external parties.
- Coach and develop team leaders and employees.
- Work proactively with quality, safety, and work environment issues.
- Monitor resource needs, workflows, and project status closely with project managers and technical managers.
