We are looking for an experienced IT technician with a background in OnPrem and Windows environments to join the Sokigo team. The role involves implementing and delivering IT solutions to customers, primarily working remotely in OnPrem and Windows environments. The position offers a varied workload with independent projects and collaboration opportunities.
Main requirements:
- At least 2 years of practical experience as an IT technician focusing on OnPrem and Windows environments.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019, and later versions).
- Knowledge of scripting, especially PowerShell.
- Good skills in TFS and Git.
- Experience with security and backup solutions for OnPrem environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide customer-focused solutions.
- Experience with cloud integrations such as hybrid solutions using Azure or Office 365.
- Positive attitude towards teamwork and proactive initiative-taking.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is part of daily work.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure Sokigo's products and applications in OnPrem environments.
- Responsible for technical implementations, upgrades, and other change projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational disruptions.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers.
- Document configurations, processes, and solutions.
