Lead the data protection efforts at one of the largest gaming companies in the Nordics, acting at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology, and business. Support colleagues by translating complex regulations into practical solutions where compliance is a natural part of daily work. Play a key role in integrating and managing data protection across the organization and contribute to a culture where data protection is fundamental for predictability and security.
Main requirements:
  • Ability to communicate clearly in Swedish and English with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and confident in advisory roles with ability to build trust and translate regulations into practical reality.
  • Proactive and development-driven mindset.
  • Experience managing data protection in large organizations, preferably collaborating with IT and security.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, combined with knowledge of information security and data storage.
  • Experience with system and tool management related to data protection (e.g., DPOrganizer).
  • Experience leading projects, facilitating workshops, and change management.
  • Relevant university degree (e.g., law, information security, computer science).
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop ATG's data protection work aligned with security requirements.
  • Support risk assessments and impact analyses.
  • Serve as a contact point for data protection advice.
  • Coordinate improvement initiatives within data protection.
  • Manage and develop processing registers.
  • Participate in investigations of personal data incidents.
  • Educate the organization on data protection and privacy.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Information Security, Legal, Supplier Management, and Risk Management colleagues.
  • Develop policies, guidelines, and support materials.
  • Prepare decision support and report to management and steering groups.
