As a Data Center Technician at Videnca, you will play a central role in delivering reliable and customized IT solutions in our data centers. You work closely with customers, acting as an important link between technology and business needs, supported by specialists throughout the organization.
Main requirements:
  • Experience or strong interest in working in data center environments
  • Strong sense of security, both physical and digital
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Good problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation
  • Swedish citizenship due to security clearance requirements
  • Possession of a valid driving license (B license)
Responsibilities:
  • Execute customer orders
  • Install and commission new hardware
  • Lifecycle manage existing hardware
  • Participate in implementation projects, maintenance, and development of technical infrastructure solutions for Videnca's customers and data centers
  • Develop and optimize systems and related services to meet security and customer needs
  • Further develop security issues and logistics solutions for server halls and related customers
  • Work on solution design alongside Videnca's architects and site managers
Required hard skills:
  • Knowledge of data center hardware and infrastructure
  • Understanding of physical and digital security requirements
  • Ability to work with lifecycle management of hardware
  • Experience with implementation and maintenance of technical infrastructure
