As a Cybersecurity Operator at Trafikverket, you will detect, analyze, and manage security incidents to protect Sweden's digital environment. This full-time role requires working shifts, including nights and weekends, and is based in Borlänge or Örebro. You will collaborate with colleagues to strengthen the agency's cybersecurity capabilities, ensuring a safer Sweden.
Main requirements:
- Completed post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience
- Current work experience in security monitoring/oversight
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Swedish citizenship (due to security classification)
- Pass security clearance according to Security Protection Act (2018:585)
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Trafikverket's digital environment
- Handling security incidents and events
- Reporting security weaknesses
- Cybersecurity situational awareness and threat monitoring
- Collaborating with multiple internal parties to enhance cybersecurity
Required hard skills:
- Security monitoring experience
- Incident handling skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English communication

- Basic programming skills for analysis (e.g., PowerShell)
