Join Ericsson AB as a Cyber Security Developer focusing on control system software with a security-oriented mindset. Work on Linux based radio product control systems to ensure secure boot and protection against cyber threats, collaborating globally in an innovative environment based in Stockholm.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or Wireless Communication or equivalent
- At least 5 years proven ability in product development including systemization, design, and verification
- Several years of experience working with C/C++ in embedded environments
- Competence in Linux user and kernel space, including driver development
- Experience with Linux SW development tools (GIT, Gerrit, Junit, Jenkins, Nexus, Bash/Shell, Artifactory)
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries and deliver results meeting customer expectations
- Flexibility and willingness to address diverse tasks
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic technical leadership in cyber security
- Cooperate with other Ericsson units for hardware, software, and ASIC development
- Develop and test high quality products
- Troubleshoot internally and on customer networks
- Handle customer support generally
- Drive continuous improvements in products and processes
- Develop competencies in the technical domain
Required hard skills:
- C/C++ programming in embedded environments
- Linux user and kernel space programming, including driver development
- Use of software development tools such as GIT, Gerrit, Junit, Jenkins, Nexus, Bash/Shell, Artifactory
Recommended hard skills:
- Cryptography knowledge (symmetric/asymmetric ciphers, encryption)
- Use of open-source cryptographic libraries like openssl and mbedTLS
- Bare metal programming concepts including low-level access, PCI bus, memory mapped devices
- Experience with ARM Cortex A53, ARM Cortex M7, Xilinx Zynq MPSoC, Intel technologies
