Coordination Leader Asset Management

A newly established role within Växjö municipality's Water and Sewerage department to lead and develop asset management practices in line with digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in projects involving digital transformation.
  • Experience with asset management, preferably within water and sewerage or industrial settings.
  • Higher education in systems, IT, digital business development or similar.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others through complex projects.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in planning, structuring, and driving work forward while being adaptable to changes.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Possession of a B driving license.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the organization's asset management work in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Ensure quality and compliance with established strategies, processes, and requirements for asset management.
  • Support the leadership team in effective change management and communicate clearly and engagingly with employees.
  • Oversee the handover process from project organizations to the department's line organization.
Required hard skills:
  • Project management focusing on digital transformation.
  • Asset management expertise.
  • Higher education in system/IT/digital business development or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Driving license B.
