Control System Integrator

Responsible for analysis, design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and quality control of control system components, specifically with EPICS-based and PLC control systems.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics, Automation, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with EPICS-based control system integration
  • 4+ years experience in development, integration, and commissioning of PLC based control systems
  • Experience in verification and validation of control systems
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and define requirements for various control systems
  • Architect and design control system components
  • Implement and test control system components
  • Maintain, support, and improve delivered components
  • Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance of deliverables
Required hard skills:
  • EPICS control system integration
  • PLC based control systems development and commissioning
  • Verification and validation of control systems
  • English communication skills
Recommended hard skills:
  • Master's degree in Engineering Physics, Automation, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
  • HMI/OPI development experience
  • Experience with configuration management, source code management, and version control systems (preferably git)
  • Experience with collaborative electronic tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working in complex international technical/scientific projects
  • Experience in international working environments
  • Knowledge of additional European languages
