In this role, you will play a key part in customers' journey towards modern IT solutions, working with technologies like Microsoft 365 and Azure and others as per customer needs. Responsibilities include license management, cloud architecture, implementation, acting as a technical expert in customer and sales meetings, supporting the support team, and more.
Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience with cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Broad technical understanding across different platforms and infrastructure solutions
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical personnel
  • Structured, self-driven with strong customer focus
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
  • Manage licenses and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) agreements
  • Implement and optimize Microsoft 365 services and other cloud platforms
  • Develop and maintain solutions in Azure and other infrastructure services
  • Onboard and develop customers regarding offered services
  • Act as technical expert during sales meetings with customers and sales team
  • Automate processes and implement DevOps principles
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services into applications
  • Support the support team with troubleshooting and issue handling when necessary
