Change Manager

As an ITIL Change Manager for online end-to-end ecommerce, you will design, implement, and continuously improve ITIL-aligned Change Management processes, lead the Online Change Advisory Board (CAB), establish scalable ways of working to minimize risk, collaborate across functions, define KPIs, and champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement focused on automation.
Main requirements:
- Proven experience in ITIL Change Management, ideally in greenfield or transformation settings
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 principles and ability to tailor them
- Track record of designing and implementing ITSM processes from scratch
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or BMC Remedy
- ITIL certification (Foundation or higher)
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve ITIL-aligned Change Management process
- Establish and embed clear, scalable ways of working supporting structured change and risk minimization
- Lead the Online Change Advisory Board (CAB) ensuring effective governance of changes across IT and business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change processes with strategic goals and operational readiness
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor change performance and drive improvements
- Act as a change champion fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and automation
