Main requirements:
  • Experience in change management, leadership, and business development
  • Ability to establish and build IT Security/Cyber Defence organizations
  • Experience with services/capabilities such as SOC, CISRT, Incident response, Forensics, DevSecOps, Vulnerability Management, TLPT, Automation (SOAR etc.)
  • Governance, processes, measurement and reporting in the cyber security field
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations (primarily Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's regulations under the Act on Clearing and Settlement of Payments) and frameworks/standards (ISO 27000, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Defence Matrix etc.)
Responsibilities:
  • Support and drive change work within the customer's Cyber Defence department to establish new or improve existing operational capabilities in cybersecurity
  • Identify needs for new or changed processes and routines
  • Dimension the organization (roles, competence, number of staff)
  • Propose collaboration models in the security area with other operations and relevant suppliers
  • Measurement and reporting within the cybersecurity area
