Lead and develop IT support systems for Toyota Material Handling Europe, focusing on the Service & Rental business areas. Manage a team and coordinate IT deliveries to ensure strategic and business-oriented IT solutions.

Main requirements:

University education in IT, systems science, economics or equivalent experience.
Experience leading and coaching teams in IT/IS/business systems.
Ability to translate business needs into sustainable IT solutions.
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
Experience with roadmap development, system management, and project management.

Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for IS/IT deliveries to Service & Rental business areas.
Lead and coach a team of approximately 10 members.
Develop and maintain system roadmaps.
Ensure effective collaboration with business and suppliers.
Act as a business advisor in IT matters focusing on benefit, risk and solutions.
Participate and contribute to strategically important projects.
