Lead and develop IT support systems for Toyota Material Handling Europe, focusing on the Service & Rental business areas. Manage a team and coordinate IT deliveries to ensure strategic and business-oriented IT solutions.
Main requirements:
  • University education in IT, systems science, economics or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading and coaching teams in IT/IS/business systems.
  • Ability to translate business needs into sustainable IT solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Experience with roadmap development, system management, and project management.
Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for IS/IT deliveries to Service & Rental business areas.
  • Lead and coach a team of approximately 10 members.
  • Develop and maintain system roadmaps.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with business and suppliers.
  • Act as a business advisor in IT matters focusing on benefit, risk and solutions.
  • Participate and contribute to strategically important projects.
