Join TRATON Group R&D as a Business Analyst for the Product Data Management system team, working to create real business value through software development. Be part of a diverse, agile team driving TRATON's modular product strategy with a focus on sustainable transport solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Degree in IT, business management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis, preferably in Product Data Management or related service areas
  • Skilled in process and information modelling
  • Experienced in documenting system functionality
  • Experience with product structures, change management, and product description methodologies
  • Fluent English communication skills; Swedish and/or German is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technical environments, including PLM/PDM systems
Responsibilities:
  • Explore and analyze business and customer needs to identify requirements and drive process improvements
  • Break down complex requirements and collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and UX specialists
  • Ensure solutions deliver value by aligning with business goals and guiding users through acceptance testing
  • Continuously improve ways of working to strengthen the team and domain
  • Contribute to strategic TRATON initiatives across multiple countries including Sweden, Germany, the US, China, and Latin America
