Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in requirements work according to agile principles
  • Strong technical foundation with good understanding of IT in a business context
  • Confident communication and collaboration with development teams, business operations, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze and translate business needs into clear, relevant requirements
  • Facilitation and leadership of workshops
  • Fluent communication in Swedish and English
  • Initiative-taking, analytical mindset, comfortable balancing operational details and strategic perspectives
  • Willingness to work at office in Stockholm minimum three days per week
Responsibilities:
  • Drive requirements work within the IT and Business Support domain, including HR, Legal and Procurement
  • Participate from initial needs analysis through maintenance and further development within the domain
  • Identify, involve and coordinate relevant stakeholders
  • Explore, understand and analyze business needs deeply by asking right questions and helping stakeholders formulate requirements
  • Document, validate, prioritize and maintain requirements throughout their lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, test leaders, and Product Owner
  • Lead and facilitate workshops to improve the requirements process
  • Engage actively in domain steering groups, roadmap dialogues and delivery synchronization forums
