The role involves driving requirements work within the IT and Business Support domain, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing to both tactical planning and strategic dialogue in an innovative and evolving IT environment.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience working with requirements according to agile principles
  • Strong technical foundation and good understanding of IT as a business area
  • Confident communication with development teams, business, operations, and architects
  • Initiative-taking and analytical with ability to operate between operational details and strategic perspectives
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Skilled at leading workshops and adapting communication to diverse audiences
  • Willingness to work in hybrid-agile environment and closely with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
  • Drive requirements work within the IT and Business Support domain including HR, legal, and procurement
  • From initial needs analysis through maintenance and further development in projects and ongoing initiatives
  • Identify, involve, and coordinate relevant stakeholders within the domain
  • Explore, understand, and analyze business needs deeply by asking the right questions
  • Document, validate, prioritize, and maintain domain requirements throughout the lifecycle
  • Work closely with developers, architects, test leaders, and the domain's Product Owner
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and contribute to improving the requirements process
  • Participate actively in domain steering groups, roadmap dialogues, and delivery synchronizations
