Main requirements:
  • University or college degree of at least 180 credits with technical orientation or equivalent experience as assessed by Trafikverket
  • Several years of current and relevant experience in BIM and data coordination
  • Experience working with document management systems like Chaos, SharePoint, or ProjectWise or equivalent
  • Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, anchor, and implement working methodologies and approaches
  • Ensure structured and secure information management
  • Enable information availability throughout all project phases
  • Provide information and training on workflows and regulations within digital project management
  • Participate in requirements specification and follow-up of deliveries, including BIM-related requirements
  • Conduct reception and review controls
  • Support projects in information management
Required hard skills:
  • BIM coordination and data management
  • Experience with document management systems such as Chaos, SharePoint, or ProjectWise
  • Fluency in Swedish language, spoken and written
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience working with CAD information
  • Knowledge of regulations for information management
  • Experience working as data coordinator in government sector or consulting roles with government clients
