Opportunity to work strategically and operationally with digital systems in the education sector at Northern Europe's largest education company, AcadeMedia. The role involves supporting and coordinating IT-related systems, process implementation, training, and development to enhance system use and educational processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure processes around primarily IT-related systems in operational activities
  • Support education and implementation of processes and systems
  • Facilitate system usage and identify development needs
  • Maintain close contact with system owners and act as a link to the business to ensure system goals are met
  • Communicate daily with key personnel, managers, and administrators to gather, convey, and package information
  • Conduct trainings and provide support
  • Develop routines, user instructions and relevant system information
  • Perform administrative tasks including compilations and mappings
  • Help shape the role according to business needs as the position is new
