Join Cyber Instincts AB as an Automotive Cybersecurity Engineer to work on exciting automotive projects ensuring cybersecurity integration in products and services through risk analysis, cybersecurity planning, and cross-functional teamwork.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in automotive product development or systems engineering.
- Good knowledge of automotive embedded Electrical/Electronics components and software.
- Experience with Unified Diagnostics Services, ECU Software Architecture, AUTOSAR.
- Experience in cybersecurity, understanding cybersecurity controls for embedded systems (e.g., SecureBoot, Code Signing, SecOC).
- Strong skills in threat modeling, risk analysis, and attack path analysis.
- Good knowledge of ISO21434 standard and UNECE R155 regulation.
- Familiarity with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Relevant STEM education or equivalent qualification; non-IT disciplines considered if relevant skills demonstrated.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Innovative with strong problem-solving skills.
- Team player with effective communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review security architectures, designs, and controls.
- Perform Threat Analysis and Risk Assessments (TARA) at component, item, vehicle, and backend system levels.
- Create and review Cybersecurity Plans, Item Definitions, and Cybersecurity Concepts.
- Write cybersecurity requirements for product features and functions.
- Analyze product cybersecurity requirements, technical specifications, and system architecture diagrams to develop test cases.
- Verify and validate cybersecurity requirements.
- Conduct cybersecurity joint reviews with suppliers.
- Prepare issue reports for identified security vulnerabilities and follow up with suppliers.
