Join Etraveli Group as an Associate IT Engineer to provide crucial IT support ensuring smooth daily operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll maintain IT equipment, support end users, and manage technical systems across our offices in Uppsala or Stockholm.
Main requirements:
- Relevant education within Information Technology
- Experience supporting Windows and MacOS operating systems
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with G Suite administration
- MS Office proficiency
- Basic networking skills
- Very good command of Swedish and English languages
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented approach
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office IT equipment including Windows 11 and Mac computers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices (Android and iOS)
- Ensure meeting room equipment (PC, TV, camera, microphone, etc.) is functional
- Provide first and second level support and user training
- Monitor and resolve support tickets via Jira timely
- Set up laptops and mobile devices
- Install and configure software and computer systems
- Manage IT asset inventory
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Create and manage user accounts and assist with login issues
- Maintain technical support procedures and reports
