Join Etraveli Group as an Associate IT Engineer to provide crucial IT support ensuring smooth daily operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll maintain IT equipment, support end users, and manage technical systems across our offices in Uppsala or Stockholm.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant education within Information Technology
  • Experience supporting Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Familiarity with G Suite administration
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Basic networking skills
  • Very good command of Swedish and English languages
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain office IT equipment including Windows 11 and Mac computers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices (Android and iOS)
  • Ensure meeting room equipment (PC, TV, camera, microphone, etc.) is functional
  • Provide first and second level support and user training
  • Monitor and resolve support tickets via Jira timely
  • Set up laptops and mobile devices
  • Install and configure software and computer systems
  • Manage IT asset inventory
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Create and manage user accounts and assist with login issues
  • Maintain technical support procedures and reports
