Join Redeploy AB as an AI Solutions Engineer and work on designing, building, scaling, and maintaining AI-powered solutions that transform businesses across the Nordics. Collaborate with a skilled team in cloud, data, and AI to develop scalable solutions utilizing Gen AI, LLMs, automation, and analytics. Engage in full delivery cycles from architecture to deployment and iteration. Participate in technical pre-sales activities and contribute to refining internal processes and frameworks.
Main requirements:
  • Experience building production-ready AI solutions using Gen AI and LLMs such as Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Databricks.
  • Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, agentic workflows or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of data engineering workflows (e.g. SQL, PySpark, dbt, Delta Lake) feeding into AI solutions.
  • Exposure to MLOps, LLMOps or DataOps practices.
  • Some background in application or full-stack development using Python, C#, or SDKs.
  • Experience working in cloud environments especially Azure and/or AWS, including Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Bicep.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish language skills preferred due to Swedish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement smart, scalable AI solutions combining Gen AI, LLMs, automation, and analytics.
  • Work across full delivery cycles from solution architecture through hands-on development, deployment, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with cloud, data, and platform specialists within project teams.
  • Participate in technical pre-sales activities such as demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
  • Contribute to the continuous refinement of internal processes and frameworks, including the AI Landing Zone framework.
  • Engage closely with clients to understand business problems and deliver impactful AI-powered automation and analytics solutions.
Required hard skills:
  • Gen AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) development (e.g. Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Databricks).
  • RAG architectures and agentic AI workflows.
  • Data engineering tools and workflows (SQL, PySpark, dbt, Delta Lake).
  • MLOps, LLMOps or DataOps practices.
  • Cloud platforms: Azure and/or AWS.
  • Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Bicep).
  • Programming languages: Python and C#.
