The Digitalization Department at Örebro Municipality is seeking a motivated and experienced Microsoft 365 Object Specialist. This role focuses on developing user support for Microsoft 365 to improve service delivery to citizens through smarter digital solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant university degree of at least 180 credits in pedagogy, IT, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and its various apps
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and take initiative effectively
  • Good interpersonal skills and understanding of how people assimilate knowledge
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, plan, and conduct training sessions
  • Create guides and user support materials
  • Lead and develop a knowledge dissemination network
  • Lead meetings and workgroups focused on creating effective teams and workflows
  • Maintain contact with end users and suppliers within the objective
  • Participate and lead assignments and procurements as a subject matter expert
