Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in 2nd or 3rd line support
  • Knowledge of server administration in mixed IT environments
  • Strong skills in Azure AD
  • Extensive experience in advanced troubleshooting of clients and servers
  • Basic knowledge and interest in database layer
  • Experience in handling urgent cases and incidents in a ticketing system
Responsibilities:
  • Perform system administration ensuring smooth, efficient, and secure operation of organizational IT systems and network infrastructure
  • Support and maintain database systems ensuring performance optimization and security
  • Manage and resolve client and server incidents and urgent cases efficiently
  • Possibly take roles in digital workplace management and junior database administration
Required hard skills:
  • Server administration in mixed IT environments
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for clients and servers
  • Basic database knowledge
  • Incident management in ticketing systems
