Centric Professionals AB is seeking skilled IT consultants primarily for 2nd line support within IT infrastructure for several clients in Stockholm. This is a full-time consulting position offering a secure employment with opportunities for valuable work experience and continuous professional development.
Main requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience in IT support
- Competence in Active Directory and GPO configuration
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Azure Portal
- Experience with one or more ticketing systems
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
- Solve complex IT problems
- Handle incident resolution
- Act as a key coordinator within client operations
- Perform varied tasks depending on client assignment
Required hard skills:
- Active Directory
- Group Policy Objects (GPO) setup
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Exchange
- Azure Portal
- Experience with ticketing systems
