Main requirements:
  • Experience leading and being responsible for large or small test projects.
  • Several years experience in test strategy, test reporting, test documentation, and planning.
  • Understanding, knowledge, and curiosity about various test tools and test methods and how to use them effectively.
  • Knowledge of how testing must be conducted in areas such as integration testing, performance testing, mobile application testing, usability testing, etc.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan testing work and write test plans for clients.
  • Prioritize and staff testing assignments.
  • Follow up and improve the testing process within teams.
  • Coordinate testing activities and be responsible for follow-ups within the team.
  • Share knowledge and build competence with colleagues.
  • Engage in large and challenging projects.
