Technician in 2nd Line Support

Centric is seeking a support technician with at least two years of experience in IT support at the 2nd line level for an assignment at a client needing to strengthen their 2nd line support. Main requirements:
  • At least two years of experience working with similar tasks in IT support at 2nd line level
  • At least five years of experience working in IT
  • Structured thinking with attention to detail
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience with deep troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Experience with Windows Server 2016 and newer – installation and maintenance
  • Good understanding of networking
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and resolve incidents and problems escalated from 1st line support
  • Work closely with the business unit
  • Solve cases via phone, remote access and onsite
  • Perform thorough troubleshooting of more complex problems
  • Daily installation and service maintenance
  • Manage security solutions and support equipment, systems and applications such as Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune
