An annual one-year talent program designed for newly graduated tech talents, combining work with education for a seamless transition between studies and working life, in collaboration with top Swedish companies such as Volvo, Saab, and others.
Main requirements:
- Candidate must have completed or be completing a bachelor's or master's degree in 2025 within IT/Technology domains such as Computer Engineering, Technical Physics/Mathematics, Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering, Systems Science or an equivalent degree.
- Driven, engaged, and passionate about their field.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a tailored talent program combining work assignments with monthly technical and personal development education.
- Work on assignments for various major clients while being employed by Nexer Tech Talent.
- Receive coaching and mentorship from both client mentors and Nexer Tech Talent consultants.
- Engage in social and professional activities such as lectures, afterwork, and lunch meetings.

- Education in IT/Technology or equivalent fields.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English languages.
