Axfood IT is launching the Axfood Tech Dev Program in August 2025, a one-year talent program aimed at recent IT/Tech graduates. This program, in collaboration with Nexer Tech Talent, offers eight positions in roles such as Integration Developer, Cloud Developer, and Cloud Specialist (Infrastructure) based in Stockholm. Participants will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent but work as consultants at Axfood, participating in a program combining work, education, mentorship, and social activities. The program focuses on driving sustainable food development in Sweden through digital innovation, with Axfood IT being one of the largest IT departments in the food industry. Successful completion may lead to employment at Axfood.
Main requirements:
  • Recent or soon-to-be graduate in IT/Tech by summer 2025
  • Interest in coding, cloud platforms, integration, and business processes
  • Outgoing, communicative, and curious personality
  • Good command of Swedish and English
  • Understanding of systems, data handling, and programming languages
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a one-year talent program combining work and education
  • Work as a consultant on projects at Axfood IT in Stockholm
  • Develop skills in software development, cloud, integration, or infrastructure
  • Engage in continuous learning including technical and leadership education
  • Receive mentorship from Axfood and Nexer Tech Talent
