We are looking for a competent and driven system administrator for one of our clients in Gävle. The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, lasting until 2026-08-31 with the possibility of extension. The role includes customer focus, independent needs assessment, and good customer interaction.
Main requirements:
  • Experience administering and maintaining registers in access control software and tag management systems handling permissions and contractor access.
  • Good knowledge or experience with property-related systems, IoT, broadband, and networks is meritorious.
  • Knowledge and experience with mechanical locking systems and access control systems such as Aptus, ARX, RCO, Salto is beneficial.
  • Secondary education or equivalent experience is required.
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Strong personal qualities are highly valued by the customer.
Responsibilities:
  • Administration and maintenance of physical keys, locking systems/tags within the company's holdings.
  • Handling fault reports related to Property IT including first line support to Customer Center and other departments.
  • Drive minor projects within mechanical locking and access control systems.
  • Ordering and invoice management for hardware related to property IT.
  • Support to construction project managers concerning building and maintenance projects including property IT planning.
  • Participate in IT-projects as an expert within property IT area.
Required hard skills:
  • Administration of access control software and tag management systems.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Experience with access control systems like Aptus, ARX, RCO, Salto.
