Main requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years experience in system design or system architecture.
  • Ability to design electrical and electronics systems identifying system purpose, component interfaces, and behaviors.
  • Experience leading system engineering in technical teams.
  • Capability to integrate deliveries from others and secure quality before release.
  • Participate in specification implementation and verification loops.
  • Implement system architecture strategies and roadmaps.
  • Lead concept investigations and explore alternatives with teams.
  • Support product managers in clarifying and breaking down needs to features and enablers.
  • Contribute to technical and system architecture roadmaps.
  • Manage interfaces and non-functional requirements within agile release trains.
  • Experienced project lead with coaching, mentoring, and educating skills.
  • Known subject matter expert and natural point of contact for complex discipline issues.
  • Strong T-shaped profile focusing on discipline excellence or mature generalist skills.
  • Clear articulation of value creation aligned with TD/BA strategy.
Responsibilities:
  • Design electrical and electronics systems according to defined methods and expected inputs/outputs.
  • Lead system engineering efforts and take an active role in delivery.
  • Drive operational and short-term project work.
  • Integrate others' deliveries efficiently.
  • Ensure quality and readiness for release.
  • Participate in specification implementation and verification.
  • Secure correct implementation of system and non-functional requirements.
  • Implement system architecture strategies towards final product delivery.
  • Lead concept investigations and decision approval processes.
  • Request technical concepts and system solutions.
  • Manage interfaces and non-functional requirements within scope.
  • Coach, mentor, and educate others in the field.
