- Several years of experience in IT support roles supporting corporate clients.
- Experience with multiple technical solutions such as Windows, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, O365, ÄHS, and Teams.
- Willingness and motivation to develop within IT infrastructure as generalist or specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide internal support to client organizations according to their IT needs.
- Work in varied support roles matched to skills, experience, and career goals.
- Support clients typically operating complex IT environments focused on Windows (Mac environments may occasionally occur).
- Follow company development plans to progress career and enhance skills.
