A long-term consultant assignment at a large Nordic company located in southern Stockholm, focusing on first-line IT service desk support, with excellent opportunities for development and potential permanent employment.
Main requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of both spoken and written English and Swedish; knowledge of Norwegian is a merit but not required.

Responsibilities:
  • Inform, guide, and assist users daily in supported systems, tools, and equipment.
  • Receive, register, coordinate, and report information, requests, needs, questions, and problems related to effective IT usage.
  • Serve as the link between users, the customer's IT department, and external suppliers.
  • Receive, register, follow-up, and report cases until closure.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding including account administration and hardware orders.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience from IT support or technical customer service.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Freshservice.
  • Remote support via TeamViewer.
  • Antivirus solutions such as Symantec Endpoint Protection.
  • Virtual desktop environment (AVD).
  • Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • SharePoint.
  • Active Directory.
  • Azure.
  • VPN.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Windows 10 and 11.
