Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in a similar role driving and guiding technical and architectural choices.
  • Hands-on development experience and desire to actively participate in coding.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and capability to bridge technology and business needs.
  • Trustworthy and communicative relationship builder with sensitivity to customer needs.
  • Broad technical understanding across various technologies such as cloud platforms, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, integration techniques, DevOps.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide architectural and technical decisions for customer projects.
  • Design systems aligned with clients' business needs.
  • Work hands-on in development to implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality IT competence to clients.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing and continuous personal development.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Experience with integration technologies
  • DevOps skills
Recommended hard skills:
  • 3D visualization and Augmented Reality knowledge (considered a plus due to local Neava Design Studio)
