Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing.
  • Experience leading and being responsible for larger or smaller testing efforts.
  • Familiarity with agile methods such as Scrum, possibly experience as Scrum Master.
  • Experience with test strategies, test reporting, test documentation, and test planning.
  • Curiosity and knowledge about various test tools and test methods and how to use them effectively.
  • Understanding of different testing domains such as integration testing, mobile application testing, usability testing, etc.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Education as a software tester from vocational university or university is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as ISTQB are meritorious.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan testing work, write test cases, prioritize tasks, follow up and improve the testing process.
  • Work with both customer focus and technical focus.
  • Use tools for API testing, databases, and logs, possibly also various test automation tools.
  • Opportunity to pursue competence development including courses and relevant certifications.
  • Potential to take significant responsibility for the development of the test team.
  • Possibility to specialize in a subject area and give lectures or training.
