Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure the digital authorization register
- Ensure hierarchical organization and search functionality
- Enable web-based registration and administration
- Support multiple user roles such as manager, system admin, and finance admin
- Ensure compliance with information security requirements
- Collaborate with vendors and municipality for hosting, ownership, and maintenance
